Usage: imbue <weapon> '<spell>' <self/other>

Imbue is a skill that allows Mystics to enable their weapons to cast spells
during combat. These spells can be casted upon themselves or others. 

Due to the magical forces indvolved, a weapon that has been imbued with a spell
can only be wielded by the being who imbued it.

Example:    imbue dagger 'magic missile' other
            wield dagger
            (the dagger now casts magic missile on opponents during fights)
