Usage: woptar <src | lib | all> <filename>

woptar creates a tar.gz archive of the files either in the current WoP src,
lib, or entire system with the specified filename.

Example: woptar all wop-current.tar.gz
Creates a file named wop-current.tar.gz with both the WoP lib and sources.
