Basics:
 Char A and Char B are owned by same person and are both
  on the game at the same time.
Char A and Char B have the same ip address. We cannot verify
  if your site does ip sharing or not. if you wanna play use a
  different address.
  Char C auctions eq that Char B already has but Char A does not
  Char A and Char B are the same person. Char B drops link and
  brings char A on. This is not only multiplay. but also terrible
  rp.
This list is subject to change without consent from mortals. And 
stands as an addition to policy and rp rules. Anyone caught 
breaking the rules in this help file will most likely be jailed.
If they constantly keep this questionable activity up, they may
be frozen for an undefined amount of time.
