Usage: advance <victim> <level>

ADVANCE adds levels to a players current level.  If used to promote a player to an
immortal level, and if you have the autowiz program installed, the wizlist and
immlist will automatically be recreated. 

WARNING: This command will not demote people!
         This command will currently not advance stats, just levels.

Example:

  > advance rasmussen 34
