A small kingdom that resides along the western edge of the Great Eastern
desert.  It is a monarchy that is based on the goodness of the seas and prides
itself on the order that is maintained by the numerous guards that the king
employs to keep the peace.  Evil doings are not allowed but it is rumored that
something bad is happening and nobody wishes to acknowledge it.
