The Duuk-tsarith are a secret, ancient order. Founded by the
evil god Slayer to act as the hands and eyes of the gods,
they are normal mortals who have been granted powers that go
beyond those of normal people. Though they are set up as a
clan, they are not so in the traditional sense. Their job is
to act as mortal disciplinarians, and they deal with situations
as they see fit, to ease the discipline load on immortals.
They have full authority to use the jail command, or any other
means they feel prudent, to enforce the rules of the mud.
