Sentinel is an agent class developed to counter the growing number of
matricists in the realm.  They act as the agents would killing matricists,
killers, and thieves.  These people are hand picked since misuse will not be
tolerated.  At the moment the class is under development and a bit behind
matricists.  Also, just because it is rp with them and matricists (newbie rules
hold) It's works the same both ways.  Decreed here.  "A matricist or sentinel
of high level may not kill someone of the opposite class that is under half
their level unless the lower level starts the fight."
