Usage: chop <tree or fallen tree>

Allows a character to chop down a tree, or chop items off of a fallen tree. The
amount of items yielded from a tree depends upon the size of the tree.

Note: This feature is currently in preview as part of the new crafting system
under development. You can't do anything yet with chopped items, and the skill
is subject to change.
