Equipment sold in shops
 
         Shop items must use the restrictions for 2 level groups below their
actual level in the table.  To translate, if your item were level 100, it
could only have the stats of a level 50 item (2 groups below the level 100
group, 51-75, 31-50).  To give another example if you want to make a weapon  
to sell in a shop that was  !forgeable and did 32 Avdam, you would need to
make that weapon a level 501-600 weapon (32 Avdam is noramlly 301-400 level
item, since its in a shop it must be two groups above, 401-500, then
501-600).
