Clan Items
 
        A clans gets one item which is good.  This item must be the item
they pray for.  The clan item is not quest eq and hence will not super
powerful.  But, it should be good eq, and so to reflect this in the table
above you can choose a level for the clan item and then pick stats for one
level group above it  ie.  you can make the clan item mini-level 200 but then
choose the stats for the 201-300 group.
        This means a clan can decide how tough there clan item is.  If a clan
wants a +5 damroll cloak, then it simple has to settle for a clan item that
is mini-level 701 (normally +5 Stats items are 801-900 level items, but the
clan item can be for one group above, so the clan item only has to be from
the 701-800).  This of course means, that even if the clan lets people in at
level 75 they wont be able to use their clan item until level 701.
