Wands, Staffs, Scrolls, and Potions
 
        To figure out the mini-level and price of a WSSP (Wand, Staff,
Scroll, or Potion) check what the level is that the cleric or Magician gets  
the spell that the WSSP casts.  The mini-level for the item can not be less  
then half what the level at which the spell caster gets the spell.  To
calculate price, multiply the level which the spell caster gets the spell by
1000 ie  (Spell Caster level) x 1000 = Price
        For WSSP which can cast more then one spell, the mini-level is simply
the highest mini-level for the given spells that are being cast.  The price  
though is cumulative.
