Chapter 1: Room Edit (redit)

In this editor you can make, delete, edit, and add rooms. To start the
editor, just type REDIT <room vnum>. The vnum of the room can be seen in
the roomflags, or by typing STAT ROOM. There are varios things you can
do in this editor. You can name the room title, change the descr of a
